Ph.D. earned at the Institute of Law Studies at the Polish Academy of Sciences. Academic lecturer, speaker at numerous conferences and workshops focused on the environmental protection law, author and co-author of many publications devoted to the environmental protection law and policy.

Sergiusz Urban heads the environmental law practice at Wierciński, Kwieciński, Baehr law firm.

Scholar of the European Environmental Agency, trainee at the Directorate-General for the Environment (ENVI) of the European Commission, member of a working group evaluating projects under the Operational Programme “Infrastructure and Environment” and Regional Operational Programme.
