Since 2009 Deputy General Director for Environment Protection; assistant professor and lecturer in environmental law and environmental policy at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Previously advisor to the Minister of Environment Maciej Nowicki, lecturer at School of Management and Banking in Poznań, chair of supervisory board at Regional Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Poznan, and working for Provincial Administrative Court in Poznan. PhD in Law, MSc in Environmental Protection.

Member of Building Law Codification Commission.

Author of number of publication concerning environmental law , in particular in connection to town and country planning law and investment process regulations.

Co-author of number of drafts of law acts in field of environmental law.

Vice-chair of Bureau of Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context (Espoo Convention) and chair of Working Group of Espoo Convention. Chair of number of Polish teams negotiating international agreement in field of environment, in between NATO Sofa Supplemental, Polish-German agreement on environmental impact assessments in transboundary context.
